OmniGroup rolled out OmniOutliner 6.2, a universal app now localized into 11 languages across macOS, iPadOS, iOS, and Apple Vision Pro. The update follows the 6.0 overhaul that added OmniOutliner Links, AI tools, and a refreshed Liquid Glass UI, positioning the outline editor as a cross‑device staple.

Localization effort adds Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese and Spanish. Founder Ken Case framed the move as a values‑driven choice rather than a checkbox, stressing respect for international users. The broader language support aims to lower barriers for teams collaborating in multilingual environments.

Consumers can test the new version with a 14‑day trial before choosing a subscription: $49.99 per year for the standard plan, $24.99 for Essentials, or $99.99 for Pro. The pricing structure mirrors OmniGroup’s shift toward subscription revenue while keeping the feature set accessible for power users and casual outline creators alike.
