Apple's 20th-anniversary iPhone refresh is reportedly in development for next year. A new rumor from Weibo leaker Digital Chat Station, known for accurate iPhone leaks, claims the iPhone 20 Pro and iPhone 20 Pro Max will feature even larger displays than current models. The alleged screen sizes are 6.41 inches for the iPhone 20 Pro and 6.96 inches for the iPhone 20 Pro Max. For context, the iPhone 18 Pro has a 6.27-inch display (marketed as 6.3 inches) and the iPhone 18 Pro Max has a 6.86-inch display (rounded to 6.9 inches). These new sizes could make the iPhone 20 Pro models the largest iPhones ever, excluding the rumored 7.6-inch inner display of the upcoming iPhone Duo.

Today's rumor also suggests Apple is testing a "borderless quad-curved design" with a hole-punch display and a smaller Dynamic Island. The design is expected to be primarily glass. In August, Bloomberg reported that this 20th-anniversary iPhone remains on track for next year, with Mark Gurman describing a design using glass on the front and back, curving into the sides with a metal band in the middle.
