Verita Global, the Settlement Administrator behind the case, has set up the website where you can submit claim information. The eligible class includes people in the United States who purchased an Apple Intelligence-capable i Phone between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025. That covers the window between when Apple announced the first Apple Intelligence features at WWDC and when it officially delayed the “more personalized” version of Siri. Apple is paying $250 million to settle the lawsuit, while also admitting no wrongdoing. For i Phone users, the payout is expected to be $25 per eligible device. That number, however, could vary. If more users than expected file a claim, it could be less. If fewer claims are filed, the maximum payout is $95 per eligible device. On the settlement website, you’ll be asked to submit your contact information as well as the serial number of the qualifying i Phone. You can then choose whether you’d like to be paid by check, Pay Pal, Venmo, or ACH. The deadline to submit a claim is December 21, 2026. The settlement website explains: The Settlement will provide a cash payment if you purchased an i Phone 15 Pro, i Phone 15 Pro Max, i Phone 16, i Phone 16e, i Phone 16 Plus, i Phone 16 Pro, or i Phone 16 Pro Max that you purchased between June 10, 2024 and March 29, 2025 in the United States. You must fill out and submit a complete and accurate Claim Form below by December 21, 2026.
