Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan have purchased a $170 million mansion on Miami's exclusive Indian Creek island, setting a new record for Miami-Dade County. The under-construction property, known as the 'Billionaire Bunker,' features 30,000 square feet of living space on 1.84 acres with nine bedrooms, a gym, hair salon, and massage room.

Originally commissioned by plastic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife Marine Rollins in 2020 for over $30 million, the limestone mansion includes luxury amenities like a 1,500-gallon aquarium and library with secret passageway. The Rollinses listed the property last year for $200 million, with the final sale price reflecting intense demand for ultra-luxury properties in secure enclaves.

The purchase places Zuckerberg among other high-profile residents including Tom Brady, Jeff Bezos, and Carl Icahn. This acquisition adds to the couple's extensive real estate portfolio spanning Silicon Valley, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, and Washington, D.C., demonstrating their continued investment in premium properties across the United States.
