Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. recently closed four lease deals totaling 47,500 square feet of warehouse space in Linden and Kearny, New Jersey. The transactions reflect continued demand for industrial properties in the Garden State's logistics sector, with tenants ranging from freight forwarding to restoration services.

In Linden, the group represented CHS Development in leasing 20,000 square feet at 2500 Brunswick Ave., Building B to Weida Freight Systems, an international freight forwarding company. CBRE represented Weida in that transaction. They also arranged a 1-acre outdoor storage lease at 1600 Lower Road for Alpha Cargo Transport, a regional container and port services provider.

Kearny saw two leases at 76–104 Third Ave. with PuroClean of Newark, a property restoration franchise, taking 20,000 square feet, while Festive Planet, a seasonal merchandise distributor, leased 7,500 square feet. CRP New Jersey represented both tenants. The Brunswick property is part of a 208,000-square-foot complex, while the Kearny site spans 5.4 acres with 100,030 square feet of space.
