Four people died when a small plane crashed in remote Colorado mountains on February 13th. Among the victims were millionaire CEO Aaron Stokes, 47, his 21-year-old son Jakson, and his 21-year-old nephew Colin Stokes, along with 37-year-old Austin Huskey, CEO of Huskey Building Supply.

Stokes founded the car repair businesses EuroFix, Amerifix, and Shop Fix Academy in Tennessee, while Huskey was a third-generation leader recognized on LBM Journal's 2025 40 under 40 list. Both were pillars of their communities, with Stokes helping thousands of auto repair shop owners achieve growth and Huskey described as a devoted family man and faithful Christian leader.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) stated preliminary information indicates the crash circumstances are unknown. The plane departed Kansas City for Steamboat Springs before crashing southeast of the airport, with the NTSB and FAA investigating. Huskey is survived by his wife and two children.

Their deaths leave significant voids at EuroFix, Amerifix, Shop Fix Academy, and Huskey Building Supply, disrupting operations and impacting employees and customers who relied on their leadership.
