Former NBA MVP Allen Iverson revealed how lavish spending and supporting an entourage of up to 50 people drained his $200 million fortune. Speaking on the "Ball Magnets" podcast, Iverson admitted he spent $10,000 monthly on clothes, another $10,000 on dining, and similar amounts on groceries for his household.

At his career peak, Iverson's financial habits included tens of thousands at nightclubs, strip clubs, and casinos. Media reports detailed how he once bought a replacement car after forgetting where he parked at an airport. By 2012, a Georgia judge ordered nearly $860,000 seized from him to satisfy an unpaid jewelry debt.

Iverson's financial turnaround came through a 2001 lifetime endorsement deal with Reebok, which continues paying him $800,000 annually. The agreement includes a $32 million payout scheduled for when he turns 55 in 2030. "You learn the hard way that you can't take care of everyone," Iverson said, emphasizing that learning to say 'no' became his most important financial lesson.
