Orange reported record first‑half growth in Africa and the Middle East, prompting a lift in its full‑year guidance after a strong second‑quarter. Revenue rose 10.85 billion euros in Q2, up 3.5% on a comparable basis and 9.2% year‑over‑year, driven by expansion across Africa, the Middle East, France and Europe. The French telecommunications company now expects full‑year EBITDA after leases to exceed 4%, up from the prior 3% estimate. Organic cash flow forecasts are raised to about 4.3 billion euros, versus the earlier 4 billion euros range. Capital expenditure remains targeted at roughly 15% of revenue.

The group attributes the surge to robust demand in its African and Middle Eastern markets, where mobile and broadband penetration continue to grow. Orange also benefits from a steady performance in its European and French domestic operations. Management highlighted that the company’s investment strategy remains disciplined, ensuring that growth is supported by efficient capital deployment.

Overall, Orange’s updated outlook signals confidence in continued momentum across its key growth regions, with a focus on delivering sustainable earnings and cash generation.
