I’ve worked at Ford for 30 years, and I can attest that the UAW is drifting from its core mission of automotive job growth toward left‑wing.Fatal:

The union now counts 25% of its members in higher education, not on the factory floor. These workers push for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement that opposes Israel. I’ve never heard a single autoworker call for boycotting Israeli bonds—yet the UAW has formally divested its investments from them.

Politics has overtaken the union. It must return to supporting the jobs that keep our industry moving.
