Foxconn Technology Group posted a 35% jump in net profit for the three months ended June, reaching 59.97 billion New Taiwan dollars (US$1.86 billion), beating the Fact Set estimate of NT$58.22 billion. Revenue grew 41% to NT$2.526 trillion, driven by cloud and networking products, with AI servers now accounting for more than half of total sales for the first time. The company, once known mainly for assembling Apple devices, now captures a sizable share of revenue from building AI servers for industry leaders such as Nvidia.

Chairman Young Liu said the infrastructure build‑out is being fueled by a broad range of customers—from AI model developers and cloud service providers to governments and enterprises—and will continue for at least three to five years. Demand from cloud providers is poised to underpin Foxconn’s outlook, while government and corporate adoption remains early stages. The smart consumer electronics segment, largely smartphones, contributed about one‑third of the top line.
