Dream Finders Homes inked a deal to buy Beazer Homes for about $915 million in an all-cash transaction, the company announced Friday. The agreement follows several months of negotiations between the two homebuilders.

Dream Finders agreed to pay $33.50 for each share of Beazer's common stock, valuing Beazer at approximately $2.2 billion including debt. The equity value is based on Beazer's 27.3 million outstanding shares, according to FactSet data.

Together, the combined entity would form the nation's sixth-largest homebuilder, with highly complementary geographic footprints and expanded product offerings. Both companies emphasized deeper capabilities across large and fast-growing housing markets as a key strategic driver.

The transaction represents significant consolidation in the residential construction sector, creating a larger platform with enhanced scale and market reach.
