At the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, **Olivia Suskowicz**, a sophomore, attended a "wellness darty" at a fraternity house. The event featured yoga, HIIT, cold plunges, saunas, and nonalcoholic drinks. She bought a **$10 ticket**. Videos of such events have millions of views on TikTok, contrasting with millennials' and Gen X-ers' college party memories.

Some older generations took offense. **Tori Keghlian**, 28, posted a 2017 darty video, calling it "quite the contrast." **Rachael Field**, 38, reminisced about flaming shots at Northwestern University. She said she couldn't imagine workouts being fun in college but sympathized with digital-era students.

The events highlight the millennial-Gen Z divide. Organizers like **Aydan Child** of Peak Pulse admitted "wellness darty" is partly to "rage bait the millennials." **Marty Mocs**, 24, founded Sweat & Soak, which organized the Alabama event, to mix high energy with feeling good after. Some Gen Z-ers ask if partying less is so bad.
