Four people tied to BHRAGS Home Care Inc. face federal charges in a sweeping corruption investigation targeting New York City's shelter services. Three suspects, including two former BHRAGS officials and a retired NYPD sergeant, were taken into custody Tuesday morning. A fourth remains at large. The investigation has also examined City Councilwoman Farah Louis, her sister Debbie Louis, and Edu Hermelyn, husband of Brooklyn Democratic leader Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn. Federal agents recently seized cellphones from more than half a dozen people connected to the probe.
