Prince Harry's privacy lawsuit against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail, has been dismissed by a High Court judge in London. The ruling marks the end of the Duke of Sussex's final legal challenge against Britain's tabloid press.

Mr. Justice Matthew Nicklin found that Prince Harry and six other claimants, including Sir Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, failed to provide sufficient evidence to prove their allegations of phone hacking and other unlawful activities. The judge stated that suspicion, even if understandable, was not enough to prove the serious claims made against the publisher.

This decision represents a significant victory for Lord Rothermere's media group, which faced intense scrutiny over its newsroom practices during the trial. While Prince Harry has previously secured settlements and damages from other publishers like News Group Newspapers and Mirror Group Newspapers, this case against Associated proved unsuccessful. The outcome affirms the integrity of the Daily Mail's journalists and their sourcing methods, as asserted by the publisher.
