Fevara, formerly Carr's Group, is focusing on agricultural livestock supplements after selling its engineering division and appointing Josh Hoopes as CEO. The company derives 90% of its revenue from feed blocks for cattle, sheep, and goats, with key markets in the US, UK, and Europe.

Despite challenges like a declining US cattle herd and adverse weather, Fevara aims for £15mn in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (ebitda) medium-term. A significant portion of this growth is expected from expansion into Brazil, the world's largest beef cattle market. Fevara has already acquired two businesses in Brazil.

In a show of confidence, non-executive chair Tim Jones recently purchased 50,000 ordinary shares for £68,675, increasing his total holding to 219,523 shares, or 0.42% of the company.
