Michael Saylor’s Strategy Inc. spent another week revising the company’s capital structure by selling more Bitcoin and common shares to bolster its cash reserve. The largest corporate holder of the digital asset on Monday disclosed significant shifts in its holdings and equity structure during the recent period.

In the seven days ended Aug. 9, the company sold $108.6 million of Bitcoin. In addition to the crypto sales, the firm offloaded 6.6 million common shares worth around $653 million. To balance its capital structure, the company also repurchased $108.6 million of its Stretch, or STRC, preferred shares.

Strategy continues to maintain a massive position in the digital asset market, currently owning approximately $58 billion in Bitcoin. These strategic moves reflect the company's ongoing efforts to manage its capital and liquidity while maintaining its status as a dominant institutional player in the cryptocurrency space.
