Inspire Brands Inc., owner of Dunkin’, Arby’s and Jimmy John’s, filed confidentially for a US initial public offering, aiming to raise approximately $2 billion, according to sources. The Atlanta-based company, formed in 2018 by Roark Capital, operates over 33,300 restaurants across 60 markets globally. It acquired Dunkin’ Brands in a $11 billion takeover in 2020, expanding its portfolio to include Baskin-Robbins, Sonic Drive-In and Buffalo Wild Wings.

The IPO, led by JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America, signals renewed investor appetite for consumer-facing brands despite economic uncertainty.
