The New York Knicks stunned the Cleveland Cavaliers with a dramatic 115-104 overtime victory in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals. **Jalen Brunson** delivered a masterful performance with 38 points, orchestrating one of the greatest postseason comebacks from a **22-point** fourth-quarter deficit. Mikal Bridges added 18 points while OG Anunoby contributed 13 in his return from a hamstring injury as the Knicks extended their winning streak to eight games.

Facing a 93-71 deficit with 7:52 remaining, the Knicks mounted an 18-1 run capped by Brunson's basket with 19 seconds left to tie the game at 101-all. New York then opened overtime with a **9-0 run**, silencing a Cavs team that had dominated most of the contest. The comeback marked just the second time in 30 postseasons a team rallied from such a large deficit in the final quarter.

Donovan Mitchell scored 29 points for Cleveland, which had won three straight road games before Tuesday's collapse.
