Bloom's latest update expands its core health-tracking suite with new modules for hormone therapy management. TrackMyHRT, Journey Journal, and Cycle Tracker are now fully implemented, alongside a Resource Manager and Voice Trainer. The update emphasizes local-only data storage, keeping all user information on-device.

The most significant upgrades target the HRT Tools module. Users can now log medication regimens for estradiol, testosterone, and spironolactone, track injection sites, and log lab results with trend charts. Side effects can be logged with severity levels, creating a comprehensive ecosystem for managing daily hormone therapy realities.

Bloom prioritizes user control with new delete and export functions for journal entries and medication logs. The app's privacy-first design means no cloud sync, accounts, or analytics. Built on a React and TypeScript frontend with a PostgreSQL backend, Bloom remains a fully private, local-only tool for personal health data management.
