Wakefield Trinity stunned Super League champions Hull KR 20-6 at Craven Park, snapping the Robins' 11-game home winning streak that stretched back more than a year. The visitors struck early through Harvey Smith and never relinquished control.

Caius Faatili powered over for two second-half tries, exploiting slack defense each time, while Tyson Smoothy landed three conversions. Hull KR managed only three Rhyse Martin penalties — no tries — and saw Mikey Lewis denied a score by a Joe Burgess knock-on with 15 minutes left.

Coach Willie Peters called the display "really, really poor" and demanded accountability across players and staff. Ill discipline hurt: Peta Hiku and Ky Rodwell both spent time in the sin-bin, and the Robins failed to build pressure after leveling at 6-6 at halftime.

The loss drops Hull KR further behind in the play-off chase, while Trinity climb the table with a statement road win. Peters insisted refereeing decisions weren't the issue — his team simply didn't show up.
