Leaders Larne were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Linfield, a result that saw their cushion at the top of the Irish Premiership shrink to a single point. Leroy Millar opened the scoring for the league leaders, but Adam Frizzell earned Linfield a point after the break. The match turned ugly late on when Millar was sent off for a reckless challenge.

Glentoran capitalized on the leaders' slip with a commanding 4-0 victory at Cliftonville. Pad Hoban and Jordan Stewart both scored twice, moving the Glens to within eight points of Larne with two games in hand. Hoban's brace included a penalty and a late, composed finish to round off the dominant display.

The bottom half of the table also saw action as Glenavon and Ballymena United shared a 2-2 draw. After Kian Corbally put Ballymena ahead, Paul McGovern equalized before halftime. Nathaniel Ferris then put Glenavon in front, only for Sean Murray to rescue a point for the hosts. The result leaves Glenavon in deep trouble near the foot of the table.
