British pair Alfie Hewett and Gordon Reid advanced to the men's wheelchair doubles semi-finals at Roland Garros with a commanding 6-0 6-2 victory over France's Frederic Cattaneo and Brazil's Daniel Rodrigues. The top-seeded duo continues their remarkable run at the French Open, having not lost a doubles match together at this venue since a 2019 semi-final defeat.

The 28-year-old Hewett and 34-year-old Reid secured their place in the final of all four Grand Slams during 2025, claiming the Australian Open and French Open titles. They suffered a setback at the first major of 2026 in Melbourne, where they were eliminated in the semi-finals.

While Hewett progressed to the singles quarter-finals on Tuesday, Reid was knocked out by defending champion Tokito Oda of Japan. Elsewhere, Andy Lapthorne and Greg Slade both exited the quad singles competition in straight sets, with Lapthorne losing to second seed Niels Vink and Slade being defeated by Turkey's Ahmet Kaplan.
