Wales defender Mayzee Davies, 19, returns to the squad for this month's World Cup qualifiers against Albania after recovering from an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury sustained 11 months ago. Davies, a Manchester City product, had been sidelined since the injury but resumed play with the club's under-21 team this week. However, head coach Rhian Wilkinson faces a defensive reshuffle as starting goalkeeper Olivia Clark, of Leicester City, remains out due to a recent training injury.

Clark, a 35-cap veteran, has not featured since April 1, forcing Wilkinson to promote 22-year-old Lucy Farrell-Shrouder (Stoke City) to the squad.
