The 2026-27 Uefa Nations League campaign will run from September 2026 to June 2027, with the draw taking place on Thursday, 12 February. The tournament, which began in 2018, features four divisions where nations compete for promotion and relegation across each campaign.

Teams are split into groups within each league - Leagues A, B and C have four groups of four teams each, while League D contains six teams divided into two groups of three. The draw will see teams placed into groups based on their 2024-25 Nations League performance, with fixtures played home and away between September and November.

The top two teams from each League A group advance to quarter-finals, while group winners in Leagues B, C and D earn promotion. Bottom teams face relegation, with second-place finishers entering play-offs. The competition also provides a route to European Championship qualification for teams that miss out through regular qualifying.
