Dutch reports suggest Rangers have had a bid turned down for PSV Eindhoven's Moroccan winger Couhaib Driouech, 24, according to the Sun. The Ibrox club's interest in the wide attacker is said to be concrete, though the Dutch Eredivisie side have reportedly rejected the initial approach.

Rangers are not alone in monitoring Driouech's situation. Red Bull Salzburg, who recently appointed former Ibrox head coach Danny Rohl, are also understood to be keen on the 24-year-old. Burnley have additionally been credited with an interest in the Morocco international, creating a three-way battle for his signature.

Meanwhile, Hull City have agreed to pay a record fee for Tromso midfielder Jens Hjerto-Dahl, a player who had previously been linked with a move to Rangers. The Norwegian youngster's departure to the Championship club appears to close the door on any potential Ibrox switch.
