Paderborn sporting director Sebastian Lange confirmed the German club rejected a £4m offer from Celtic for 22‑year‑old midfielder Mika Baur. The decision follows Celtic’s interest in several young talents, including Kasper Hogh from Bodo/Glimt, who has already joined the UK ahead of a reported £11m move and is due for a medical next week. Meanwhile, Haissem Hassan has agreed a four‑year deal with the Scottish club, but bonus elements of a transfer fee for the 24‑year‑old are still under negotiation with Real Oviedo.

Celtic have secured personal terms with Hassan and are working to finalise the bonus structure, with other clubs such as Liverpool eyeing the winger. A separate report claimed Celtic had reached an agreement with Real Oviedo, but the club has denied the claim. Celtic are also preparing a new offer close to £4.7m after Real Oviedo rejected a £3.4m bid.

In other news, Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi hinted that 18‑year‑old Mikey Moore might leave again this summer, following his loan to Rangers. Finally, Vanja Dragojevic has turned down offers from clubs including Benfica, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Club Brugge to join Rangers from Partizan.
