Two people have been charged following incidents at Nottingham Forest's Europa League match against Fenerbahçe that saw flares thrown onto the pitch. The game was paused in the first half when flares were launched from the away end, forcing officials to clear the playing surface before play could resume.

Ender Celik, 37, from London, faces charges of throwing a missile at an area adjacent to the football pitch. Dale Morgan, 38, from Nottingham, was charged with entering the playing area during the match. Both men have been bailed with conditions ahead of court appearances at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on March 17.

Police arrested three people in total, though no further action was taken against a third individual arrested on suspicion of assaulting a steward. The incidents marred what should have been a straightforward group stage fixture, with damage also reported to seating in the away section after fans departed.
