Millwall have secured the signing of Scotland striker Lyndon Dykes on a one-year contract. Dykes joins the club after his deal with Charlton Athletic concluded.

Dykes, who has earned 53 caps for Scotland and was part of their World Cup squad this summer, played 20 games for Charlton after arriving in January, scoring three goals. He had been offered a new contract to remain with the London club.

Millwall director of football, Steve Gallen, described Dykes as "a genuine target man - physical, hard to knock off the ball, and someone who'll give defenders a different problem to deal with."
