Jurgen Klopp has declared Mohamed Salah an all-time great, praising the forward's legacy at Liverpool after their trophy-laden partnership. Under Klopp's management, Salah formed part of the most prolific front three in world football, scoring 156 goals in five seasons alongside Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane.

Klopp highlighted how Salah's relentless goal-scoring mentality set him apart from his teammates. 'He wanted it more than anybody,' the German coach said, noting that while Mane offered versatility and Firmino provided creative genius, Salah possessed an innate hunger for goals that couldn't be taught. Together they netted 338 times, dominating European and domestic competitions.

The tribute comes as Klopp prepares to step down at season's end, having announced his departure in January 2024. His emotional farewell at Anfield against Wolves marked the end of an era, with Klopp texting Salah ahead of their final meeting, hoping the Egyptian would continue his winning ways.
