Newcastle United manager Matthias Jaissle expressed confidence in his players' commitment despite a run of poor results. The Magpies were booed after a 1-0 home defeat by Everton, leaving them 13th in the top flight with 11 points from nine games. This followed their Carabao Cup exit to Everton and a slump of just two wins in seven matches, including losses to Leeds United, Coventry City, and Aston Villa.
Jaissle stated he feels a strong sense of commitment from within the club amid external speculation. He emphasized that the squad is united and clear about his ideas, noting a good relationship where communication is always open. He believes the players are fully committed as they train.
The team faces Fulham on Saturday looking to improve their league position.
