Duncan Ferguson's first game as Glentoran manager against Ballymena United has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. The match, scheduled for Saturday at 15:00 BST at the Oval, was called off following a 12:00 pitch inspection. The Everton legend, confirmed as Glentoran boss on Monday, will now make his debut away to Coleraine on Friday, 30 October at 19:45 GMT, live on BBC iPlayer.
A yellow Met Office weather warning is in effect across Northern Ireland from 10:00 BST Saturday until 12:00 GMT Sunday, with an amber warning for Saturday night bringing strong winds of up to 75mph. The Women's Challenge Cup final between Glentoran and Cliftonville was also postponed due to the severe weather.
