Declan Rice is close to agreeing a new long-term Arsenal contract, sources have told BBC Sport. The England international only joined the Gunners from West Ham in a £105m deal last summer. However, the club is keen to reward the 25-year-old for his impressive performances this season.
Rice has been a key figure in Arsenal's Premier League title challenge, scoring seven goals in all competitions. The new deal is expected to reflect his status as one of the club's most important players.
