Chelsea's Rosenior Shrugs Off Memes Comparing Him to TV Characters

Chelsea manager Liam Rosenior says he's unfazed by online memes comparing him to TV characters like David Brent and Will McKenzie from The Inbetweeners. The 43-year-old has won seven of his first nine games in charge of the Blues but fans have poked fun at his mannerisms on social media.

Rosenior, who doesn't use social media himself, learned about the comparisons through his teenage children. Despite the jokes affecting his family, he remains unbothered, saying he expected such reactions when taking the Chelsea job. The former Strasbourg boss replaced Enzo Maresca in January after a breakdown in the previous manager's relationship with the club's owners.

Since joining Chelsea, Rosenior has become just the second English manager to win his first four Premier League matches. He also guided the team to the Champions League last 16 with a 3-2 victory at Napoli. The Blues currently sit fifth in the league table, just one point behind fourth-placed Manchester United, as they prepare to host Leeds on Tuesday.

Quick Fact: Rosenior has won seven of his first nine games in charge of Chelsea.
