The second-round draw for the 2026-27 Carabao Cup will take place on Monday, 10 August at approximately 19:20 BST. Eleven Premier League clubs—Brentford, Chelsea, Fulham, Newcastle United, Everton, Leeds United, Nottingham Forest, Tottenham Hotspur, Coventry City, Ipswich Town, and Hull City—will join the 35 first-round winners from the EFL in the draw. The regionalized draw will be broadcast live on Sky Sports before the final first-round match, a Devon derby between Plymouth Argyle and Exeter City.

The second round is scheduled for the week starting Monday, 24 August, with teams split into northern and southern sections based on the first two rounds' regional structure.
