Brentford have handed head coach Keith Andrews a new contract extending through 2032, rewarding his impressive debut season in charge. The 45-year-old Irishman stepped up from set-piece coach to replace Thomas Frank last June and has guided the Bees to seventh place in the Premier League.

Andrews acknowledged the pressure of following Frank's successful seven-year tenure that saw Brentford promoted to the top flight.
