The BBC has announced a major expansion of its football coverage for the new season, launching four new YouTube shows on the BBC Football YouTube channel. The new formats include FANS², The Truth About Football, Golden Goal, and Football Hub, with a strong focus on fan engagement through the BBC Sport Fan Collective, representing all 20 Premier League clubs.

Former Tottenham manager Thomas Frank joins as a pundit alongside footballers Toby Alderweireld, Robbie Keane, and Ashley Young. They will work alongside established voices including Wayne Rooney, Micah Richards, Alan Shearer, Joe Hart, and Danny Murphy on Match of the Day.

BBC Radio 5 Live will provide live commentary for 209 Premier League matches, plus coverage of the Champions League, Scottish Premiership, FA Cup, and international fixtures. Additionally, two FA Cup matches per round will air on BBC platforms, along with weekly Bundesliga games on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport app.

Regional coverage includes live Scottish internationals on BBC Scotland, Welsh matches across multiple BBC platforms, and a new three-year deal ensuring Northern Ireland games remain on BBC until June 2028.
