Arsenal face a significant injury crisis as six first-team players have become unavailable for international duty this week. Brazil defender Gabriel Magalhaes is the latest to withdraw, confirmed by the CBF after scans revealed a right knee injury. The 28-year-old missed Arsenal's 2-0 Carabao Cup final loss to Manchester City with the same issue. Fellow centre-back William Saliba has pulled out of the France squad, while England midfielder Eberechi Eze, who missed the Champions League semi-final defeat at Wembley with a calf problem sustained against Bayer Leverkusen, has also withdrawn. Arsenal's Ben White has been called up to the England squad to replace him, and Leandro Trossard is out of the Belgium squad. Martin Odegaard (Norway) and Jurrien Timber (Netherlands) were already ruled out.

This wave of withdrawals hits the title contenders hard as they lead Manchester City by nine points, who have a game in hand. Arsenal resume league action on April 11 against Bournemouth.
