sitefire Automates AI Search Traffic Boosts for Brands

Vincent and Jochen launch sitefire, a platform that helps brands climb AI search rankings. Drawing on Stanford RL/optimization and software engineering experience, they noticed marketing teams losing traffic after Google’s AI Overviews. The tool turns synthetic SEO prompts into daily AI queries, capturing fan‑out results and citations.

The system submits prompts to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and others every day, extracting fan‑out queries, sourced pages, citations, and brand mentions. Agents then analyze which pages receive the most citations, compare them to existing content, and draft improvements or new pages. Changes are pushed directly to the client’s CMS, while logs and Google Analytics track AI bot traffic.

A client’s blog saw AI-optimized articles lift bot requests from 200/day to 570/day in just ten days. The continuous update loop shows which content performs and guides sitemap adjustments. By focusing on real product details, pricing, and honest comparisons, the platform aims to avoid the slop that often fills sites with low‑quality AI output.

While the team acknowledges that AI‑generated content can dilute brand voice, every draft passes client review before publication. Some users run the system themselves; others rely on sitefire’s agency‑style automation, approving changes via Slack, Claude, or the CMS. The goal is a largely autonomous workflow that still lets brands maintain control.
