Entry-level jobs face the greatest risk as AI eliminates training "stepping-stone" tasks, widening the skills gap. Huang argues AI agents will increase software demand, yet 80-85% of AI projects have failed since 2018, suggesting implementation challenges may prove harder than the technology itself.
