Loops, a Y Combinator (YC W22) company and an email platform for modern software companies, is hiring a US-based Product Educator and technical content creator on a contract-to-hire basis. The role involves transforming Loops features, launches, and customer workflows into clear, educational content across various platforms like video, YouTube, email, social media, and documentation.

This hands-on position requires an ambitious self-starter who will work directly with the product team to identify compelling stories and build the product education playbook. Responsibilities include scripting, recording, and editing product tutorials and demos, creating content to assist customers, and demonstrating how to build effective email flows for onboarding, trial conversion, and churn prevention.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in product marketing, technical writing, or customer education, with a portfolio showcasing recent video content. They should be active on at least one social platform (X, LinkedIn, or YouTube), comfortable learning and explaining SaaS products, and possess strong writing, presentation, and editing skills.
