We are hiring a remote-first Engineering Dev Manager in the U.S. You will manage two or more engineering pods, work with Tech Leads and Product Managers, and report to the VP of Engineering. Responsibilities include people management, unblocking pods, contributing to architecture, and mentoring team members.

We look for 3+ years in a manager role and 10+ years hands-on development experience with Ruby, Python, or JavaScript, plus MVC frameworks like Rails, Django, or Pyramid, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js. Bonus if you have experience with enterprise customers, deep Ruby on Rails expertise, or fundraising/fintech platforms.
