Clara (YC P26) is hiring a Growth Engineer to drive patient acquisition and retention for its AI-powered medical practice. The role owns the full funnel, from landing pages and onboarding to lifecycle messaging and experimentation, with a focus on shipping code, running tests, and analyzing results.

Responsibilities include building programmatic and SEO-driven page systems, integrating paid ad platforms, and designing in-product growth loops. The engineer will own the experimentation platform, instrument analytics in Amplitude, and craft personalized patient prompts with clinical review. Lifecycle management covers email, SMS, and in-app notifications.

Candidates need 3+ years in software engineering, including 12+ months in dedicated growth engineering, with strong React + TypeScript and Python skills. Experience with Amplitude or similar and using RICE frameworks is required. Medical domain knowledge is a plus.
