This workaround exploits a bug in macOS 15.7.3 where the 90-day deferral period rolls from installation date rather than release date. The solution works even for individual users by treating their single Mac as an 'organization' for policy enforcement. Users can install the profile through System Settings after downloading it from the project's repository.

While the project's ultimate goals are ambitious, its current offering solves a specific pain point: blocking the intrusive Tahoe upgrade notifications and red badge indicators that disrupt workflow. The profile can be easily reinstalled every 90 days using a simple Terminal alias, providing a semi-permanent solution until users are ready to upgrade or Apple addresses the underlying notification system.
