Ardian prüft den Verkauf von Swissbit, dem Schweizer Hersteller industrieller Datenspeicher, mit einem potenziellen Milliarden-Dollar-Verkauf, der zu den größten Hardwareverkäufen Europas des Jahres gehören könnte.

Der Prozess befindet sich noch in frühen Phasen; UBS wurde beauftragt, das Interesse strategischer Käufer und konkurrierender Finanzsponsoren zu bewerten. Ein Markttest ermöglicht es Ardian, Angebote zu prüfen, ohne sich bis die Zahlen klar sind, zu einer Verkauf zu verpflichten.
