Playoff Outlook

LeBron said out‑talented as the Lakers fell behind the Thunder in the first-round series, a gap he described as widening with each game. Meanwhile, Cleveland described wilderness after LeBron’s departure, noting that the franchise’s core is aging even though the Cavs have returned to the conference finals for the first time since the LeBron era ended. Both comments sharpen the narrative around talent parity and roster longevity as the postseason advances.
