### Epstein Estate Faces Lawsuit Over CSAM Images

Two plaintiffs, identified as Doe and Amy, have filed a lawsuit against the Epstein estate to identify individuals depicted in alleged child sexual abuse material. Doe claims another minor's images were taken and converted into CSAM for Epstein's sexual gratification. Amy, a victim of legacy CSAM circulating since the late 1990s, suspects her images are among those in Epstein's collection.

The plaintiffs allege law enforcement failed to act on initial police reports. The lawsuit seeks court supervision to preserve the full record of the collection and identify all survivors depicted. Attorney Nappi stated the goal is accountability and notification so survivors can seek justice.

The plaintiffs ask the court to require the estate to preserve seized materials from Epstein's properties for identification purposes. The legal action stems from years of waiting for DOJ alerts that never arrived. The case raises questions about estate liability for potential dozens or hundreds of CSAM violations.
