Fantasy Hockey Playoffs
With the fantasy hockey playoffs approaching, experts recommend prioritizing goaltending depth and targeting high-volume shooters in head-to-head matchups. Successful managers are advised to monitor injury reports daily and consider streaming defensemen from teams with favorable schedules. The key to championship success lies in making aggressive waiver moves early in the playoff rounds.
NHL Draft Developments
The NHL has cleared the Ottawa Senators of any wrongdoing in the 2022 Evgenii Dadonov trade controversy, allowing them to retain their 2026 first-round draft pick. The league determined that the Senators' role in the canceled trade between Vegas and Anaheim did not warrant forfeiture of draft capital. This decision maintains Ottawa's draft flexibility as they continue building through the draft.
