NBA Injury & Discipline Updates
The Denver Nuggets received a boost as forward Peyton Watson is anticipated to return Sunday against the Portland Trail Blazers following an absence exceeding six weeks due to a hamstring strain. This potential return comes as the league levied disciplinary action against Philadelphia center Andre Drummond, who received a $25,000 fine for making an inappropriate gun-like gesture directed toward the Sacramento Kings' bench area. Meanwhile, the Golden State Warriors faced injury concern when Kristaps Porzingis exited Friday's road loss in Detroit early due to lower back spasms, clouding their immediate outlook.
